Worship & Music Ministry

The choir leads the congregation in our Traditional Service each Sunday at 8:30 am. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6:00 pm in the Worship Suite. Childcare is available.

The 9:45 am  and 11:00 am services are led by the contemporary worship band. A placement meeting and audition are required for anyone interested in being a part of the worship team.

The Well worship band is our college ministry’s worship team. This team leads worship at The Well every Wednesday night at 8:00 pm. If you are interested in being a part of The Well worship team, there are auditions every semester.

The sanctuary orchestra enriches our traditional worship service by supporting the voices of our choir and congregation as well as creating special moments of instrumental praise. Rehearsals are held in the sanctuary on a rotating schedule. 

Through Scripture-based songs, musical instruments, and intentional teaching, children in Pre-K through 5th grade grow in their understanding of who God is and how to glorify Him with joyful and skillful praise. The Children’s Choir meets on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. during the school year.

The bell choir provides an opportunity for players of all levels to gather weekly for rehearsals to grow together musically and spiritually. This group meets Wednesdays at 5:00 pm.

Our MAC Worship Choir joyfully serves individuals who have intellectual and developmental challenges in creative music making worship experiences. This group meets Sunday afternoons at 4:30 pm.

Calvary has an active and thriving deaf ministry that participates in leading worship along with the worship team and sanctuary choir.
